1. Rice flour- 2 cups
2. Hurigadale- 1/2 cup + maybe a little more
3. Chilli powder- 2 tsp or to taste
4. Hing- a large pinch
5. Om- 1/2 tsp
6. Salt- to taste
7. Hot oil- 4 Tbsp
8. luke warm water
9. Fresh coconut- 1/2 cup grind
10. Fresh curry leaves- 15
Grind to a fine powder- the hurigadale, chilli powder, hing and om. Mix together with the rice flour, add salt, coconut and curry leaves. Put some hot oil and mix. Make a dough with the luke warm water.
Make the kodubales and fry on a medium low flame till crispy.
