Milagai Pudi

Ingredients:

  1. Urad Dal- 1/4 Cup
  2. Sesame seeds- 1/4 Cup
  3. Red Chilies( Byadgi)- about 8-10
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Curry leaves- a sprig
  6. Asafoetida 1/4 Tsp

Dry roast all the ingredients well and cool. Grind to a powder and mix with oil before serving with Idlis or Dosas.
